Pitstop Counselling
Everyone needs a 'pitstop' now and then. Life can get overwhelming, and sometimes the best thing you can do is take a moment to pause and check in with yourself.
Here, you’ll find a safe, understanding space to slow down, talk things through and find your way forward. PitStop counselling understands that it is not always an easy decision to make when asking for help and showing vulnerability. Working from a person-centered approach, Holly May, the founder and Humanistic counsellor, aims to provide you with the opportunity learn more about yourself in a collaborative and non-judgmental space whilst you explore what feels necessary during this tire change.
Thanks for stopping by, I look forward to seeing you in the pits soon.
